  1. Hi Jeanette,
I love the quote about God rarely using someone who cares about what others think! It's so easy to get caught up in the race to gain attention from editors and agents, wanting them to notice you! I'd like to think a quiet, humble, confidence is as attractive to them as it is to God.

  2. Oh, I really like the second one. I'm the worst for worrying about what others think about what I'm doing or saying. I really need to pray on this one!

    Thanks for sharing!

  3. Dear Jody:
Ask me why i chose that one! I tend to be a people pleaser, too. But in the end, it only brings me frustration. I am believing that God will give me the favor i need, not man.

Eileen: Sounds like we are on the same page, dear! Let's pray for each other, okay?

Are all of us writers plagued with this one? Or, is is a woman thing? I may need to devote a blog to it sometime!
    Love, jen
