The Sweetest Title

It's here, it's here, it's finally arrived! Wrapped in a soft, silky blanket of pink, with lavender rosettes... wait, that's not the bundle I mean. Let's rewind a minute.

After pulling half my hair out, losing hours of sleep, and calling twenty prayer meetings (that was an exaggeration), the perfect title for my book arrived at the doorstep of my overtaxed brain yesterday as I was blogging* and eating lunch. And here it is...

TWO SCOOPS OF GRACE WITH CHUCKLES ON THE TOP

I am so thankful to the Lord for the ideal, sweet handle that depicts the spirit of my grace-filled, humor-laced devotional book. Can you imagine the fun I'm going to have marketing it? Bring on the Raspberry Dark Chocolate Chunk Surprise, and a tiny spoon, so I can make it last!

*Never underestimate the value of blogging

Have you had any lovely surprises from God lately? What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

  7. I'm just a vanilla kind of Gal! And my surpriste was today's check up on my eye from cataract surgery - the vision is once again 20/20! I am so thankful, so grateful and more than surprised!

  8. I'm so happy for you, Jeanette. This is a huge part of the process.

My husband makes unbelievable homemade ice cream. It rivals any "premium" label on the market. It really does. So I'll tip a bowl of that creamy goodness to you, my friend.

  11. Cool title, Jeanette. For even better cadence, I'd drop the "the" before "top". I love M&Ms on top of my ice cream :)

  12. Jeanette:
This is a cute title. I sometimes have to work at getting the right words.
I agree with Sandra about the cadence.
My favorite ice cream is Butter Pecan.
