I Dare You to Do This

Do you need a strong word to help you through a dark time, or a sweet word to help you feel better about yourself? My friend Brenda at It's a Beautiful Life, recently asked the Lord what He liked about her. I think we should all do that, and see what He says!

I'm going to. I'll report back what He tells me.

We may be surprised at how wonderful Jesus thinks we are...

  1. O Jeanette, I look forward to hearing what He says about you. I just know he's really blown away by how wonderful you are and how you treat His lambs with such tenderness!

It seems to be a season of the Bridegroom speaking oh such loving words to His Bride... I'm loving it!

  2. I never think of myself as strong, other than strong-willed, yet the Lord gave me a picture of a mountain, large, stalwart, and covered with colorful flowers. This says to me that he sees me as strong, yet full of fun colors to attract others to His beauty.

He also told me that He likes that I'm a people-person, and I make Him laugh. Imagine!

  8. This is a great exercise, Jeanette! I love the picture you received. I've done this as well, but it's been awhile...makes me think it's time to do it again.

You ARE colorful. Which I love.

  10. Jeanette, I am moved by the image in your post as well as the dare. I've never thought of asking this. I'll have to ask and quietly wait for His reply. Thank you for suggesting!
