Our dear friend and fellow blogger, Susan Reinhardt is having terrible trouble with her computer. She called me this evening, asking that I apprise everyone who follows her. Please don't think she forgot about you; she is working on the issue to get up and running asap.
I'm sure Susan would appreciate your prayers. Most of you know she is a widow who recently became unemployed, and is trying to live on her unemployment salary while she hunts for work. Being forced to purchase a new computer at this juncture in her life would put extra strain on her finances. She could use a big dose of grace tonight. And we know where to go for that! Will you join me at the Throne?
Thanks and love,
Jen
I will add Susan to my prayers. It may seem weird to some but I lay hands on all my appliances and pray when they start to act like they are breaking down. I have seen a dryer stop making a noise so loud I was afraid to use it,it works fine now. A TV that cut itself off and had weird lines running in it. That was last month and it is now running fine.
ReplyDeleteI will pray because I know how it feels to be in a place where it is a challenge to make new purchases like that.
PS Are you feeling better?
Analisa: That doesn't sound wierd, it sounds like Jesus! Good for you, dear sister.
ReplyDeleteYes, thanks to the healing power of God, I am feeling better. Thank you for bringing me before the Throne of grace.
Love you, Jen
Hopefully Luke 11:9 will be very beneficial & supportive for Susan. It is hard to hear of others having difficulties & be unable to make it all right for them.

I had no idea. Thanks for sharing, Jen. I'm off to pray for her!
ReplyDeletePraying for her!! Love Susan!
ReplyDeleteHugs and prayers, Susan! I'm praying too!
ReplyDeleteHi Everyone -
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I'm at the library reading your comments, and filled with gratitude for all of you.
Latest news: the new memory was defective. The tech guy is also running a virus scan. I'm praying for a simple, inexpensive fix to the problems.
BTW, my blog posts are scheduled for 3 weeks, so there shouldn't be any gaps. I'll get to the library to moderate the comments.
Thanks, Jen, for being such a good friend and posting this.
Blessings,
Susan :)
I just read about Susan's computer woes on her blog! She lives just south of me, and we went to the Philly Christian Writers Conf. together. She's such a sweet lady! I'll definitely keep her in my prayers!
