Would you like to see a few photos of the GPCWC earlier this month? But of course you would!
Friend and fellow-blogger, Susan Reinhardt graciously opened her home to my husband and I so I could attend the conference. She even let us sleep in her PURPLE bedroom. We met her mom, Anna, who is sweeter than a snickerdoodle on a china plate!
Susan Panzica, Suze and I. Susan P is a thoughtful, godly woman who prayed for us right before we pitched our books. And it worked! Both of us had editors ask for proposals.
Suze, me and Elaine Miller, a fellow-client of our aweome Diana Flegal from Hartline.
Elaine encourages everyone within fifty countries of her. She is sunshine in a lady suit.

I am going over my pitch one last time, before my last appointment. It's great to plan, but the best secret is to rely on the leading of the Lord. I love when He puts words in my mouth that this little pea brain could not have thought of--then I know it's Him!

A final thanks to Suze, who showed me the trapeze ropes at this huge conference, reassured me when I was stressed out, and calmed me down when they advertised coffee but had none.
You are one precious treasure!
In case you missed my post on the 5 Character Traits to Take to a Conference, I am guest posting it at Hartline Literary Agency blog today. Please clilck on the red link to stop by and say "hey."
