In my quest to grow up--ouch, ouch, ouch!--I'm reading Dr. Gregory Jantz's book, Every Woman's Guide to Managing Anger. Full of wisdom, aha! moments, and helpful exercises, it's a valuable resource. I highly recommend it to women and men alike who are seeking answers to managing this God-given emotion.

So. . . what angers you? Have you found creative ways to manage anger? How can we use righteous anger for good?
