I am thankful for my job. Because of it, I meet many interesting people, keep my brain in shape, and earn money to support my writing, kitties, and restaurant hopping habits.
I’m also grateful for the relationship I have with God through Jesus Christ.
The older I grow, the more He means to me.
Every good thing I have and am came from His hand of love.
Guess what. He loves you, too.
I'm grateful for a new lease on life. Moving from a crumbling house, downsizing to a great house...perfect for my now smaller family! The gift of a stranger...a car!!! A healthy family that loves to be together. There's so much to be thankful for!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving, friend!
I'm thankful for my husband. We've had some rough patches lately, but God has brought us together recently and reminded me why I fell in love with him in the first place. :)
ReplyDeleteI am grateful for a lot of things and I can't name them all but what tops my list is my Mother. I am grateful to God for giving me the mom he has given :)
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for God's Word.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I had a few days when I kept opening to random pages and for some reason kept landing on villages being destroyed and anger passages. Then a good friend told me to stop opening to random pages. She said what I needed right now was a little Ephesians. Man, was she ever right.

ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for friends who stick by my side now matter what I'm going through:)
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for funny one-liners from the boys and a husband who will clean the bathroom when I have to work.
ReplyDeleteThat's just two on my very long list.
I have my list on my blog today. But here is an extra one that should fit in somewhere on my list:
ReplyDeleteI am so very thankful for you, Jeanette, and for all of the other bloggers who visit me. They are a great part of my joy. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

ReplyDeleteHi Jen -
ReplyDeleteRemember the old song, "The longer I serve Him, the sweeter He grows?" My theme over the last seven years is fastened on God's faithfulness.
Blessings,
Susan :)
I am thankful for my husband. He's been incredibly supportive over the last few weeks through some difficult times.
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for an amazing husband and two wonderful children who fill my world with their talents and keep me laughing even when I don't feel like it. I'm grateful for my friends who have encouraged me to keep going with my writing over the years, especially when I wanted to quit. I'm thankful I didn't quit, and I'm thankful to God for giving the gift of answered prayer when I needed it, and not before!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Thanksgiving, Jeanette!
