transparency,compassion,
The career on is a bit trickier: for us of a certain age the ingredients could be-- an awareness of what you are able to do; an ability to carry out orders.
A successful parent is a consistent one.
On who is successful in life is one who believes in the One who made him or her
Wow, Quiet--these are great answers! I love the consistency in parenting. That was the one thing that challenged me the most!
