My Hero

My Christmas Greeting to you, dear blogging friends. Thank you for being a loving part of my life.
 


 
Some have pedestals
On which they place
Their heroes
So they can gaze,
Amazed
At the wonder
Of a life well-lived.
I prefer to walk
By Your side,
Learning from You--
My dearest Hero--
Holding Your hand,
Cherishing Your heart,
Asking God to help me
Live like You.
