At the offices where I work we have clean desk policies... and that means CLEAN desks, just a screen and a mouse, no papers. So, at home I manage to keep it pretty clean and organized, which basically means I put things in drawers that I will have to sort out once or twice a year :)
I really wouldn't know. It's been my goal but I fall short in this department.
