2. "Of all the things you wear, your expression is the most important." -- Janet Lane

3. "To find a person who will love you for no reason, and to shower that person with reasons, that is the ultimate happiness." -- Robert Brault

4. "There are short cuts to happiness, and dancing is one of them." -- Vicki Baum

5. "The happiest people don't have the best of everything; they just make the best of everything." --Anonymous

How do you increase your happiness?

  1. Haha, great quotes, the pictures are the icing on the cake!

  2. Yes, you selected some great ones. I have been around some people like that described in #5 and they are sure a blessing.

  3. I have found the happiest people are the ones who are the most content. The Apostle Paul said," I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever my circumstances. I know what it is to be in need and to have plenty.I have learned the secret of being content in every situation, whether well-fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. Phil.4:11-12

  4. All these pictures with this post made me smile! Often music changes my state of mind, and the Happy song from Despicable Me 2 gets me moving and laughing!

  5. Hi Jeanette! I really liked the quote about doing something each day to make my heart sing. I think that's so true! It's easy to think that each day has a list, and trudge through it... Much better to see some joy!
Hope you have a day of joy today :)

  6. These are inspiring Jen, thank you! Jesus is the source of my happiness, even when my emotions haven't gotten the memo yet. :) Blessings for your week!
