It's Okay to Ask "Why?"; It's Okay to Cry

Sometimes our prayers don't get answered the way we want. It's okay to ask "Why, God?"

And it's also okay to cry.

But know that often, God has a huge "YES" hiding behind a little "no."

So don't give up yet, because "hope that is seen is not hope (Romans 8)", and . . .

God is a Master at Plans B through Z.

  7. Prayers are changing as I grow in my relationship with God. At times I wanted to give up, but realize He is refining me to teach me who He is, and He is good regardless of unanswered prayer.

  9. Hi Jeanette! I think hope definitely splashed on me in this post! Living through the 'no' is never fun, but as you say, there just might be a huge YES coming!!

    Blessings,
